Property in a mutual release state MUST have Seller signature agreeing to release EMD if contract is cancelled within the Inspection Period. This can be done either in the Purchase Contract or in an Addendum to it. We will NOT send EMD if one of these is not in place with Title Company. We provide both contract and addendum for your use.
