Terms:
We have a non-refundable, 5% upfront deposit ($250 minimum). The 5% upfront deposit is credited toward the fees if the deal goes through.
(This fee is wired/Zelled directly to us and paperwork on fees will reflect the difference between initial deposit and fee).

If you are not the end buyer, a "due diligence" or "inspection" period of AT LEAST 10 days is required.

WE DO NOT FUND NON-REFUNDABLE EMDs.
If you are a buyer, we can fund your deal but it must be replaced with other money prior to the due diligence period ending.

I understand that by signing the contracts I agree that repayment of the principle loan is required regardless of how the deal goes, and is enforced through the personal guarantee I sign.
